2 1/2 days stuck out in the woods with no restaurants or grocery stores nearby, I'll bet you are wondering what, and how much we plan on serving you for food! First off, we promise not to serve creamed corn, instant noodle soup, or trail mix. :) Secondly if you want meat, I recommend stocking up on beef jerky before you come. We will be serving vegetarian food during each retreat. There will be an experienced vegetarian cook at each retreat, and not to worry, our camping food will not taste like typical camping food.
We will be serving lunch and dinner on Friday, 3 meals on Saturday, and breakfast and lunch on Sunday. If you have allergies or special dietary requirements, boy are you in luck here; we specialize in serving vegan, dairy free, gluten free, egg free, yeast free or fat free foods upon prior request. If you do have a special dietary requirement you must submit it with your payment so that we may plan ahead.

Sample Menus: This one is for a 2 1/2 day retreat.
Breakfast Friday We don't start until 11am and are not serving breakfast. You better eat on the plane :) Saturday Fresh fruit salad: apples, bananas, oranges etc.; toast and butter; Cinnamon buns Sunday Oatmeal or granola, with cranberries, raisons and cinnamon; Juice Lunch Friday Cream cheese and cucumber sandwiches with tomatoes, sprouts and seasonings Saturday Spinach and feta enchiladas with a cream sauce; corn chips; salsa Sunday Homemade veggie burgers with deli toppings and tomatoes; Dinner Friday Broccoli, red pepper,and cheese linguini covered in a herb cream sauce; Italian bread Saturday Curried garbanzo beans on basmati rice with mango chutney; multi grain bread Sunday We have all gone home, so if you are still in camp by then you are lost and should perhaps signal for help :)
